Podstawą jest nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes: rozwój i naprawa gry oraz obsługa Twoich zgłoszeń (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).

W naszym imieniu: OVHcloud (serwer w UE) i Cloudflare (połączenie z serwerem, pliki zgłoszeń w UE; firma z USA uczestnicząca w EU-US Data Privacy Framework, zapasowo standardowe klauzule umowne).

Możesz złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

Wersja z 3 listopada 2026. O zmianach poinformujemy w grze lub na Steam.

Privacy Policy

Who is responsible for your data: Tomasz Kolaj, email contact@veinvanguard.com.

What we collect and why

DataWhyHow long
Telemetry: gameplay (missions, results, decisions, resources), performance, hardware and system, settings, game version, a random install IDto improve balance, bugs and performance180 days
F7 report — only when you send one: description, game state, log (without paths or your computer user name), screenshot, mission replayto fix the problem you report180 days
Steam account pseudonym (a keyed hash of your SteamID)to link data from the same player without storing the SteamID180 days
SteamID — only in an F7 report with "Attach my Steam profile" checkedto see your profile and reply180 days
IP addressto protect the server from abusein memory only, usually up to 24 hours

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in developing and fixing the game and handling your reports (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The game sends the data; we receive account confirmation and your SteamID from Valve (Steam). On your computer the game keeps the install ID and data waiting to be sent.

Providing data is voluntary — the game works the same without telemetry and reports. We do not collect your name or email, sell data, show ads or make automated decisions.

Who else has access

On our behalf: OVHcloud (server in the EU) and Cloudflare (connection to the server, report files in the EU; a US company participating in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with standard contractual clauses as a fallback). Valve checks the Steam ticket as a separate controller under its own terms.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction, deletion or restricted processing. Write to contact@veinvanguard.com with your report code, SteamID or install ID (Settings → Data, "Copy ID"). You can complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or the one in your country.

Version of 3 November 2026. We will announce changes in the game or on Steam.
